Ottawa, Canada: Adamu Mengistu and Tinebeb Nebiyu both had amazing second-place finishes in their respective categories at the 2024 Ottawa International Marathon.
Mengistu competed in the men’s division, while Nebiyu competed in the women’s division. They showed incredible endurance and skill, which is a major milestone in their athletic careers.
Not only did they achieve personal success, but their accomplishments also contribute to the growing recognition of athletes from their region on the global marathon stage.
